PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

This phase begins once your designs and tech packs are ready. I’ll help you find suitable fabrics, trims, and production partners based on your region, budget, and product type. I contact suppliers on your behalf to request swatches, confirm MOQ and lead times, and follow up until the TOP sample is approved.

You’ll receive feedback at each stage and support in refining the design based on sampling results. I do not manage payments or production logistics, but I’ll be your design guide throughout the process.
