I had the pleasure of working with Ash whilst I was working as Head of Lingerie and Nightwear design at Max Fashion in Dubai. I can't explain strongly enough what an asset she was to the team. The dedication and pride she had for her work was unparalleled and nothing I asked her assistance on was too much - even if time wasn't on our side.
Her design skills and speed under extremely tight deadlines and pressure was so impressive that I continually looked to her when support was needed. She not only had a fantastic eye for detail and colour, but also sought new ways to create graphic design work and printing techniques to improve the aesthetics and quality of our products. This upscale in design was easy to see in the improvement of sales in her area.
Overall, she is quite probably the best designer I have worked with and if I had the opportunity to, I would without a doubt want to have her on my design team once again. A fantastic designer and person all round.
